A: Contact neighbours and/or neighbourhood coordinators to arrange for parking permits.  You will need a clearly marked area to accommodate the moving truck and facilitate the move.

A: We are prepared to help any day – whether the day is sunny, rainy, snowy, or stormy. Our team will be prepared with the proper equipment to contend with all weather.

A: The best way to protect these items is to carefully pack them. Whether we facilitate the packing or you opt to do it on your own, breakable items will need to be heavily padded with bubble wrap, butcher paper, and/or other materials to prevent damage.

A: Our fleet of trucks are well maintained to ensure a smooth ride on all transports. We use only the highest quality equipment to ensure your property will be handled carefully to protect it throughout the process.

A: The best way to facilitate this will be through careful labeling of the boxes. While packing, be sure to mark clearly with a permanent marker the contents of each box as well as the room it should be placed in.

A: During your consultation, your moving coordinator will work with you to ensure all of your items are given the attention they deserve during the move.

A: As a general rule, you should call the moving company as soon as you know the date of your move.  The earlier you call, the better able you will be to reserve the specific date and time you need.
